My initial visit to obtain first time service was positive..until i got home and discovered the representitive charged my account twice..217.00 twice..i phoned them right away and was treated rudely..the same girl who was initially very nice now wanted to act like she did not care that she had made a very costly mistake and told me it was not showing on her computerand to takeit up with my bank..so i did file dispute and still awaiting refund from my bank..not cricket..they still hv not taken responsibility for making my childrnewgo without school shoes..its back to school month and that was all the money i had left..they did not care how this effected my family..i even called corporate..was told they would look into it but wasnt much they could do either..i did report them to fcc and better business bureau..
