The car was clean. They were helpful in getting my groceries to the door. There was a misunderstanding, but I can't say for sure if anyone was to blame.

Call Ben! He won't show up. If you only have one night call someone else otherwise you'll just sit around waiting! I called back 32 times no answer! Then I went to the bar and guess who was bellied up to it talking to a couple girls, yep Ben! On duty but to busy to come get us!

Highly inappropriate behavior!! Car stunk like cigarettes and trash was abundant. Driver smelled putrid as if he had not showered in months. It was highly disturbing and disgusting. I believe he may have been on drugs as he was a Very fast traveler and we speed through the city running red lights. High beams were on the entire time and other vehicles were blinded by the taxi lights. This service is very unprofessional and I would never recommend this taxi service to anyone because of the disgusting odor and unsafe driving conditions.
