This from a "disgruntled employee" Stephanie M. And as employees go... Was below average-at best. This Center is an established business in North Pole with a top notch service rating. Terrible businesses don't last long... Judge for yourself.

My experience with this child care provider has been extremely poor. My child has food allergies and the director was aware of this as I indicated in my enrollment paperwork. However, she failed to pass this information on to her employees who fed my child oranges which caused her to develop hives. When I confronted the Director of it she denied having fed her oranges.



The upkeep on the building is terrible. The arctic entryway was an addition which is coming unattached from the building causing cold drafts to enter. Ice builds up on the floor at the rear of the building during the winter from poor insulation. The entire building is drafty and freezing cold during the winter. The carpeting in the Pre-K room has a huge whole that was "fixed" by being covered with a mat. Quick fix its are preffered and the real problems are never addressed as it should be in a child care facility. This facility was not a good choice for my family and the cost of care is grossly disproportionate to the care recieved. Lastly, the Director is very inflexible to any special circumstances or situations that arise.
