Terrible. my wife has a diamond tennis bracelet purchased from Wilsons years ago, that was appraised by them for ~$3000, she showed it to two high end local jewelers who said it is comprised of industrial diamonds, with a total value of ~$300. She tried to discuss it with the owner who refused to discuss it. Stay away
