will not use the ticket clinic any more and here is why; the last time I hired them I was found guilty in speeding and had to pay the ticket clinic $180, the full amount of my ticket $281, and got 4 points on my license. Now when I called them after the case that is when they decided to tell me that I should have just did driving school bc of my past record it was not a very successful chance of winning in any way. I use them all the time and instead of telling me to save my money for the next time, they just took it without explaining anything at all to me on the phone and they knew that the success rate was very very low. Now I have to pay dearly. They give no good advice and they will steal from you. Do not use them unless they guarantee you no points. They totally lost my respect and myself as a customer.
