This place ruined our vacation.We made reservations for dog boarding and confirmed two days prior and was told to drop off at 4:30 ( they close at 5:.00) and we showed up at 4:00 and no one was there. We waited for 1 1/2 hours and no one showed up. We called repeatedly all numbers and no answer this place clearly dosn't care about its clients!

We had non refundable reservations flight and hotel and no where to leave our dogs.

We had to cancel the trip we planed for months. Thanks to them
