In regard to the unfavorable review posted by Navigator 2003: Navigator 2003 advised us that her vehicle had suspension problems prior to us beginning the oil change. She advised us that it would be ok to place her vehicle on the lift. She stated the suspension always returns to normal height after she "drives it around the block". We placed her vehicle on the computer for a suspension diagnostic and 7 suspension codes appeared. She repeated that she was aware of the suspension issue and we asked her to sign paperwork in advance confirming this information.

Never take your vehicle here. Went for a simple oil change and they broke my suspensions system. Apparently they're "mechanics" did not know to turn off the suspensions first and when they lowered my truck back down so hard they not only busted the air bags but the pump. Never Never go here. This site requires you to give the company a star rating they deserve NOTHING
