Noam Cohen May get his money for his client but he doesn't follow the rules. We called him to set a payment plan because I noticed it on my husbands credit report. Nothing was received as judgement by him. He told us that if we don't pay in full it would continue to accrue interest at the rate of 4.75%. My husband was traveling from home from 6 months and 2 payments were missing on the 3 rd month on New Years Eve just after Christmas he froze my account. We called and said please contact the original debtor and ask to fix this. He said he would try and to call back on Monday. We called him back that morning and he said debtors don't do that. I do think he even tried. I know my husband was at fault for having rough times in 2006-2009. But that was my hard working money for our bills. We asked why they took 3500 dollars and he said the the bank takes extra incase and he would call us in 3 days with the break down. 3 weeks later we never got a call. Never got the judgement and documents from him to hire an attorney. The next thing I get is an itemized email that takes all our money. He increased the interest to 8 percent and sent a document from 2009 stating he could and that was the interest. But I have a contract that states the interest is 4.75%. We sent an email asking why a higher rate and we got no reply
