The Monarch Dental Dental office on Shackleford Road in Little Rock is very rude and and disrespectful. Customer service along with the hygienist is in the toilet. I had been a loyal customer for over 20 years and I was 12 minutes late and the refused to service me that day. What about the times I had to sit around waiting on them for 15-20 minutes? I will never return I just you go where people are welcomed. Monarch on Shackleford Road is not it.
