Terrible

I took my car in for a diagnostic test and repair. After the diagnostic test they gave me a completely unrealistic quote. So I took my car to the dealership. The dealership charged me $3800.00 less than CBA. CBA still charged me the $360 diagnostic fee even though incorrect. They were going to make unnecessary repairs and not even fix one of the main problems.
