One of the worst hair cuts I ever had. Inexperienced girls who don't know what precision haircut means, messing around with clippers. Totally messed up my hair. Will never ever go here again. They got a fancy massage chair, shoulder massage, warm towel wrap and all that, but if they can't cut the hair properly, what is the use of having all these??
