went there and was helped very attentively until my order was put through. I was promised a certain day for my order to be ready but that didn't happen. I had to call them to get a status and then they promised next day - still nothing. young guy Oscar seemed like he couldn't be bothered at this point. I came to pick up my signs and his dad was there instead. they should be realistic about lead times if they know they need more time. AND they should call their customers if things aren't going as planned. good product but it was like pulling teeth to get it. I will not recommend to others. I love to support small businesses but this left a bad taste in my mouth. Basic customer service is all i expect- that's all.
