the bread was great, however will not order again .the bread was very tasty .bread was $6.65 however shipping was$10.90 and that's a shame.

I would give a zero, if it was an option.



In my opinion, TERRIBLE customer service from the owner, Jason, himself.



This was my second purchase from this company, online, and the first went without a problem. In fact, I was ordering more products for others in my circle. Never did I expect to receive moldy food.



The email I sent upon delivery of my items read as follows,



"Hello. The onion bagels shipped to me and received Friday are molded. Will you please ship out a new order of onion and a return label for the molded bagels as soon as possible? If your other onion bagels are molded, I am okay with being sent the plain bagels."



I received a response stating they were out of onion bagels and issued a credit to my card, but I did not use a credit card. In addition, I requested a substitute of plain bagels be shipped, so I did not have to pay for shipping again. When I responded to the companies email stating that I would like to receive a replacement batch of bagels and I didn't use a credit card (in fact I used PayPal), he stated "we've already credited your card. Sorry. " I then requested a supervisor contact me to discuss this issue and I received this response, "Sorry but I'm the owner and we already credited your card and the matter is closed."



Well I did not use a card, so he couldn't have issued a credit to my "card". In fact, there was not even actually a credit issued at that time to PayPal, as refunds in PayPal populate immediately (I am a vendor, so I know this), and it did not show in my account. In my opinion it was more of a bother to send the replacement bagels out and ensuring I was satisfied with the resolution was not even considered.



It should be known that I actually consumed one of these bagels and got sick. Upon closer inspection I noted mold growing on all the remainder of the bagels AND it was visible from the outside of the wrapper. I had been in a rush when I made the first one and did not notice this. I only had possession of the bagels for 3 days and they were in the fridge for all of that time. These are low carb bagels, so they do not mold easily unless the storage is improper or they are greatly expired. I've had low carb bread go several months past the expiration without showing mold before. This is obviously concerning and calls into question the storage and inventory of these products.



I would beware of this company!!! From my experiences if you have a problem they will not work with you to resolve it to satisifaction. It's not as if my request was unreasonable.
