Provided by YPmobileBe very careful they have a non employment clause in their work contract that prevents you from working for one year after you leave their company.
As an employer, there are expenses associated with hiring an employee and then training them. In our employment agreement, we do have a clause that states the employee cannot go to a similar job for one year after quitting. This does not stop them from working. This is an industry standard and is meant to protect the company from losing cases that it works very hard to get. It is not our intention to harm or hurt any ex-employee. We only wish our ex-employees the best in their future jobs.
