We experienced damage to multiple appliances during an intense power surge in our house. We had a brand-new KitchenAid refrigerator that was "fried" in the process. KitchenAid connected us with the Appliance Doctor. A technician came out very quickly and determined that we would need to replace three parts. This happened during a time of the omicron surge and the supply-chain crisis happening in the country. It took months to secure one part, but I was in constant contact with Customer Support staff, Laura in particular, and she did all that she could to keep me informed about this process. Eventually KitchenAid was able to locate the one elusive part, and Laura set up the quickest appointment possible to get us back in business. I was very impressed with their customer service during this challenging time.
