They refuse to give the estimate or my money back. Save yourself the problems the money and the worst customer service in North Hills

Provided by YP.comI needed a bit of bamboo flooring to rebuild a closet. I took in some of the old flooring to match and I found a pretty close match. I bought a case and they carried it out to the car for me (yeah!). Then when I got home and was preparing to install it I noticed that it was NOT the color that was on display in the store. I had to finish in the next 24 hours, so taking it back was not an option. Plus they charge a 10% restocking fee. Always check the product multiple times before you sign on the dotted line.
