I have been going to this place for about 2 yrs. I had the main Dr. seeing me the first few's times. He was awesome! Then another Dr. came on board and he turned out to be just as good! Now he is leaving and some new Dr. is taking over. What many pateints have been told that she (the new Dr.) doesn't want to "mess" with anyone who is on pain medicine..I find this funny & extremely disturbing! I have a bone disease and didn't know a Dr. can pick and choose their patients! I am so sure there is a law about this..and sure enough i will find it! As for the staff..I have heard them lie so much..I can't believe this place is still open. I know once this new Dr. steps in many people there will be looking for new jobs. It's just so sad..Because many people who go here are on medical. Come on people just because we don't have great insurance..doesn't mean we should be treated this way! I pray that a new Dr. with a heart will step in & push the other one out!

Very unhappy with there care I got very sick with septic which is a infection in your whole body it's a blood infection that shuts down all your organs most people do not live I had a heart attack my brain swelled it has been almost a year and still have tachycardia PVC shortness of breath I now have permeant nerve damage I have always worked I'm a licensed phlybotomist EKG tech med tech and medical assistant I chose to work as a caregiver in a memory care hospital where I became the supervisor I'm not a bum or trying to work the system when I asked them for a referral to see a cardiologist they refused but my heart is bad enough to be put on medication I asked if he could sign my SSI form so I can get benefits that I have put into for 20years but he refused they make you feel like your a low life like your uneducated trying to get a free ride that's not the case at all they make you come in every 2weeks have you keep a log of your tachycardia but then ask you why are you here and how long has your symptoms have been going on its been a year come on put what I tell you in my chart treat everyone with respect no matter what kind of insurance you have and to you I'm just another patient but to my family I'm a wife a mother and a grandma and I deserve quality care Jeff Pierson is rude looks down at you doesn't listen to you he thinks because you don't have the best insurance or if you can't do your regular job your milking the system you got in the medical field to help people not to discriminate against people you need to get out of the medical profession you are not in it for the right reason you should be ashamed how you treat people

very hard to find while on the bus... because there are several listings for this clinic, so I did not go to my appointment. And it took me 4 months to get it. THANKS ALOT ..... FOR NOTHING.

It's unfortunate that somone with hypothyroidism is put on a back burner and told they cannot see a doctor after having a thyroid panal done, and the patient is out of thyroid. I am told I have to wait for one month before I can see anyone and refused after first being promised an emergency refill of levoxyl.This particular clinic is disorganized and lies to patients in order for them to "calm down." I am very unhappy with this particular clinic at this time.
