I have been taking my pets to Dr. Mansfield for 18 years now. Having used many different vets before Dr. Mansfield, I can say that Dr. Mansfield is the best. He took wonderful care of my beloved mini Schnauzer for all of her 16 years. He also saved my cats life when he was in complete kidney failure. Thanks to Dr. Mansfield, Norton the cat is going strong at 14. I would not take my pets to any other vet!

Took my cat, who I suspected of ingested poison, to Dr. Mansfield. Dr. Mansfield rejected my assessment, gave the cat hydration and an injection of penicillin due to cat's 103 fever. I mentioned again that the cat exhibited poison symptoms, Dr. Mansfield stated the cat had some kind of infection. Same day, in the afternoon, my cat passed away.

CAUTION BE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND THAT DR. MANSFIELD MAY BE GOOD AT INJURIES, BOILS, CUTTING NAILS AND CLEANING TEETH, BUT NOT A GOOD DIAGNOSTITIAN.

The office has always been clean and friendly and they are receptive when making appointments. I never disliked taking my dogs there until we saw a veterinarian one time when Dr. Mansfield wasn't available. This other vet who is no longer in the area but was so wonderful and thorough I felt Dr. Mansfield to be rushed and distracted after that. His exams are normally quick with few questions and minimal hands on the dog. I am now seeking a new vet to once again feel like my dog is getting the full attention and expertise for which I am paying.
