Installed New unit 4 months ago. Failed inspection 3 weeks ago. No one has been out to correct this issue. After numerous calls. Unit is not weather proofed or rodent proof. Duct cover Is to big and covers coils. I can put my arm between frame and coils into Duct cover. Duct cover has 2" gap and was not flashed against house. Trim where duct work goes into home is pulled away from house. They claim it is the home owners responsibility to repair, but you have to remove duct cover from unit to fix it. Which requires a reinstall of unit. I have a rat getting in my return!!!!!!

Every time I call I receive nothing but DENIAL DENIAL DENIAL DENIAL!!!!

If not corrected this week I think some free advertisement with Wink News will be appropriate!!!
