I purchased a home intercom system out of the glass display case by the register. At the time of purchase the clerk told me it would not be out for sale if it did not work. The manager stated there is a sign on the back wall clearly stating no returns. There was no sign posted on the glass case where I bought it from and if there is it was covered with other items they were trying to sell. Well it did not work and I tried to return it and no credit was given. At first a store credit was offered until the manager stepped in and said no. I offered to take the store credit that I offered to spend that day, right then. No Credit was given. A misunderstanding worth $13.24 is worth more than keeping customers of 12 years. For 12 years now I’ve purchase and donated to this store and in one day for $13.24 they lost my business and everyone else’s that I can share this story with.
