I've been going to 5 star nails since the day they opened. I always got treated well. KEVIN , SARAH & SAM ARE AWESOME PEOPLE.

I got a toenail fungus from pedicures from this place. It is not clean. I told them about it and then they sold me a nail fungus lotion for $15.00.

Always a great experience and the ladies are very friendly and make you feel comfortable and welcome! My boyfriend's mother turned me to this place and I haven't had any bad experiences since! I also come with my boyfriend and he gets a pedicure and I get my gel manicure! They are the best! Amazing job every time :) I would recommend her to anyone I know! :)

The lady who does the nails really takes her time with you, ensuring you get the full spa treatment. Really detail oriented and you can see she takes pride in her job. She's also super sweet. Overall a great experience. I def return

I went in around 6pm and just finished a long day at work and wanted to relax.

I went to get a pedicure at NAIL ART & SPA at the corner of Del Prado Extension and US41 in North Fort Myers. I told the guy I wanted a $25 pedi. When it was time to pay, he said, "that'll be $45". I told him I wanted a $25 one. I even held my fingers up when I told him. He said "no understand, my mistake" and proceeded to charge me $45. This hasn't been the first time they did this to me. So ... understand this PAL, I am no longer your customer and if I have anything to do with it, no one else will be either.
