Affordable Auto should change its name to Awesome Auto!! This place is a wonderful family operated business and the service is outstanding. They check out the problem and tell you what is needed and give a fair price. I am an older single woman and I so appreciate their honesty and customer care. I no longer panic when my vehicles break down because I know I can get them fixed with no drama.

Over 12 years ago we were referred to Affordable Auto Service and have never taken our cars to anyone else. This family run business provides quality service, at a fair price, and gets it done, as promised Their other major asset is Honesty. They only repair what needs repaired, un-like some other shops, that always seem to find other repairs. Just the other day I took one of our cars in for what I though would be a brake job. After inspecting all the brakes, they found the only problem was some rust on a rotor, which they removed. Because of service like this and the trust we have in them, we have referred them to many of our friends and neighbors, who have now become "regulars," like us.. So if you want a good, honest auto repair shop, that cares about their customers, give them a call. Lance Schwartz

Family owned and operated by Bill and Sue and their sons, Tommy and Billy! Down to earth and honesty and great service! You just cannot compare them to any other auto repair shop in Richmond or Chesterfield. I would not even think about taking my car or truck any place else!

Excellent service by the best team possible. Bill ,Sue,Tommy and Billy are great to work with. Honesty is one of there highest qualities. If it doesn.t need be replaced, it will not be. I have been a customer of Affordable Auto since they were loacated in Chester. I really love working with Bill and Sue both. They are so friendly and down to earth people. I do recommend them all of the time and those that I recomment keeep coming back. You just can't beaat good honest family people.

This auto service treats everyone like the family they are. Their prices are fair. They tell you what you need without the hype. When you leave the shop, you feel very confident that a great auto mechanic team gave you the best service for your car.

If there is a situation they can't handle (which is rare), they are willing to recommend you to another facility. This family represents character and integrity in a business industry that is known for ripping people off.

This is a family owned car care full service. Once I found them I would not let anybody else ever touch my three vehicles. Friendly and affordable and they really work with you on any issues you have with your car or truck. They communicate very well and let you know what to expect if there is an issue.

The comment I hear most often in their waiting room is "I won't let anybody else touch my car. " A loyal customer for 6 years, that sums it up. Everything you want in a repair shop-trustworthy, competence, and provide outstanding customer service. They will do their best for you, and their best meets a pretty high standard for excellence.
