North charleston toys r us never explain their lay away policies. The sales associates are very rude and does not know how to do their job. I was on hold for 45 mins, the line was picked up twice then put back on hold. I finally called back and asked to speak to a manger to get answers. This is pretty sad. they need to hire competent staff. I will never suggest anybody to go to this store!!!

Well well well toysrus I really don't know how you are still in business. I have been to the store (8755) and was ignored when trying to ask a question then I called and was on hold for 15 minutes someone picked up and put me on hold again. I stayed on for another 30 minutes and hung up so then I sent an e-mail and was told that I would hear something back in 3-5 days from the store still haven't heard anything so I e-mailed again and haven't heard anything back from that one either. That's alright though they can go screw themselves and I'll take my business somewhere else from now on.
