They were here fast, super friendly when I was panicking. Took care of everything and dealt with the insurance. Far exceeded our expectations.

We have a water damage and called our insurance agent. He recommended the Servpro in North Charleston. They showed up within 45 minutes and were ready to go. I have never written a review on a company before, but my husband and I were so impressed I felt I needed to. After the house was dry, they dealt with the insurance company to get me new floors and paint, etc. They really did a great job. Would absoluetly recommend them.

Horrible, the initial water damage cleaning was ok, but the nightmare unfolded in the construction phase. A job that could have been done in 5 days took 2-weeks. Had to watch every step of the process or it would not have been done correctly. Trying to save pennies will cost a business dollars, very disorganized, unprofessional, and would not recommend to anyone.

We had a water damage in the middle of the night. Servpro was at our home in no time and helped us with a big mess. They handled everything and turned miserable experience into a minor inconvience. We were very happy we selected Servpro. They truly caared about getting us back to normal as quickly and easily as possible.
