I have loved Out Back for years. It has been our go to place to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries. We dined there tonight and I must say it was disappointing. To start when they brought the bread there was very little butter served with it. When the salad came mine was way overdressed to the point of sogginess. We ordered prime rib with baked potatoes Though the steak was very good both potatoes were under done. Again little butter or sour cream and half the dipping sauce. After dinner I went to the bathroom. It was filthy. You could see the corners had not been swept in a long while. There was remnants of wet tissue on the floor, walls and under the sink area. There was dust on all the surfaces. The lip of the wooden wall was thick with dust. When I used the faucet to wash my hands even it had brown slime around it. All I could think was if the bathroom is this dirty what is the kitchen like! I did take the manager into the b-room to show her my concerns and she agreed it was bad.

Wonderful waiter but waited 2 hours one waiting to be seated and second hour spent waiting on my food which was cold and kitchen so slow

My husband and I made an order online for carry out. The site was easy and clear to navigate and gave us a pickup time. I ordered sirloin with salad and potato med rare, my husband ordered porterhouse rare with salad mushrooms and potato. We parked in the carryout space and immediately a girl greeted us read back our order and took our payment. She came back with the food double checked we were okay and we left. At home everything was perfect, the steaks the salads everything. Wonderful taste wonderful service, very impressive.

In my travels I have eaten at many Outbacks, to my surprise this one was substandard.
