Hate it!!! I will not give them anymore business...ever! They frown on you for using Care Credit, when your paying for the card it's not free!

They really need to train their staff on customer service and basic decency. I'd never give them my business the way I was spoken to

Love the eye doctor but the customer service here sucks. I understand they want to make money but if I tell you no don't keep trying to make me buy from you. Ppl at the desk is rude and because I didn't want to do busy with them he thru my prescription at me. Then he said oh we good enough to get ur eyes check but not good enough to buy glasses or contacts. Nope your not good enough I'll go some where that has good services and a better variety

I have been using Optical Impressions for many years. Continue to look for alternatives, because glasses, especially progressive lenses, are expensive. But I have yet to find one much cheaper, and the service at Optical Impressions is outstanding. Another bonus is the resident eye doctor - Dr. Paul Derrick. He is not only a good eye doctor, but friendly and goes out of his way to make you comfortable and support your needs. Highly recommend.

I love this place. I have purchased many eye glasses, sun glasses and contacts from them for years. Highly recommend and the customer service is excellent!

This place does not even deserve 1 star. The biggest rip off and bunch of crooks out there. They would not give us a written rx after the exam and made my husband call back in 3 days. Still not to be given a written rx. They said they would price match but then retracted that they would only price match 1800 contacts. Then we ordered contacts from an online retailer and when they called to verify our rx they the online retailer was told our rx was expired. We called optical impressions and they are telling us that since we have 2 months left of our rx they will not let if be filled due to some act. Take your business elsewhere. Larry is a horrible and full of himself.

We always buy our glasses here - have for many years. They have the best selection of frames. They have always taken very good care of us and cheerfully make repairs in-between.
