I keep seeing these bad reviews everywhere, and it seems people base their reviews on unreasonable expectations. If you are at a business before they open, they are not going to allow you inside unless you are elderly or disabled. That's just common sense. And again, a movie ticket is not going to be $3.50 unless it's a matinee at a bargain theater, and even those are raising their prices. You are not going to get a large tub of popcorn for $3.75. It is 2018, almost 2019. Keep your expectations reasonable, and you will be surprised at how much easier your life is.

We went early to buy tickets get snacks and a choice seat due to having difficulty climbing stairs and I want to sit at the top. Yes we were early but they would not even let us in the building. Hello it's Charleston South Carolina in summer. Do you know how hot it is out here. Not good business.

recently remodeled, this place is now one of the more comfortable on the north side. service has never been rude although it is usually impersonal but that is the norm this side of town. 4 stars is based on quality of local area.

Called the theater for showtimes for Transformers 3. Showed up and the times for the movie were different in the box office. There was supposed to be a 6:20 showing, but the box office showed a 5pm time and the next was 8pm. What a waste of my family's time. Information online is not easy to find.

Great NEW theater at an affordable price. They offer the military discount (adult admission $6.50) and it wasn't crowded like most places. Additionally you have the Northwoods mall across the parking lot and great restaurants/bars next store. PERFECT LOCATION glad to have this one back open. Say bye bye to the MULTIPLEX near Tanger outlet mall not convenient and who wants to drive through that mess of a parking lot near the "ghetto" anyway
