Was surprised at what exceptional service could be provided at a "fast-food" type of establishment!



We came to Jimmy John's because we're from Michigan and they're everywhere there - we were so happy to find one here in SC!



The older gentleman (you'll know who I'm talking about, he's the only employee over 20!) was SO kind, yet extremely genuine.



The employees were celebrating a birthday of a co-worker and gave my kids some of the birthday cake - it was so sweet of them!

One of the drivers left our food on our doorstep after knocking once, we complained and got a 99 cent discount. Poor. Then complained about the time, got an attitude from the owner. I hung up and she called my phone back and told me not to order there anymore. So i wont :) and im a VERY loyal customer.
