I have to say that Dorothy gave amazing customer service to my family and I tonight. My mom has been battling a brain tumor which has limited her ability to speak and make quick decisions. Dorothy was so patient and didn’t make my mom feel rushed and took her time describing different sandwiches until my mom found one she liked. When we were eating, my mom kept saying how helpful and kind she was. I hope that if management reads this, please recognize Dorothy. She is a great employee to have! Thank you!
