Myself and 6 of my friends went to Charleston Rush as a fun thing to do on a rainy day in Charleston. There were many things wrong with our experience. First the inside track is a lot smaller than it looks on the website. We decided on the laser tag and racing combo. We wanted to do racing first but an employee told us that we had to do laser tag first because we had 5 groups ahead of us for the track. We did the laser tag and decided to wait by the track for our turn to race. We came here on a Sunday and there were about 5 other groups in the whole place. They were not busy. We had to wait another 45 minutes before we finally decided that we did not want to wait any longer because half of us were from out of town and needed to leave. So we went back up to the front to ask for a refund for the racing part of our package because we did not have the time to wait any longer. The employee told us he could not approve refunds only the business owner and he could call him. I requested him to call the business owner. He ask the business owner for permission and the owner said no. He hung up and told me that he could not issue a refund. I asked him to call the owner again so I could talk to him. He called him back and the owner said that he did not want to talk to me. We ended up leaving without a refund. This business is unethical and I'm surprised they are even open. I was appalled that the owner would not simply approve a refund for guests that were not going to be using the service. I will never spend another dime at Charleston Rush and I advise you to do the same.

Place was awesome! Did you know that laser tag was a workout? Now I can skip the gym today. Staff was friendly. No complaints. Not too busy so no crowds. Racing was fun too. Even though I placed last place.

Had a great time with my family. The karts were very quick and having a timing system was even more awesome. Had a great time with the kids in the laser tag maze. I would recommend to all familys.

Great place!!! Had a great time took my son for his birthday. My husband loved the go karts probably just as much as my kid. Definitely be back great customer service.
