Provided by YP.comI met this angel 11 years ago.She helped me when no one else would ,because she gave me the benefit of the doubt that I would keep my word so she bailed me out and I paid her what I owed.Like I said that was 11 years ago and until this day MS.Frances is still the same trust worthy person. I know because just this month I called on her explained the situation and just like that she came to the rescue.Over that long period you'd expect people to change ,but not her shes still the same lovely, happy woman from day one all she ask is that you be upfront with her and the rest is history.I would recommend her to anyone anytime shes down to earth and realizes things happen and people are'nt perfect .
