Provided by YP.comThe most terrible customer service I have experienced in a long while. No one answers the phone and when I call the 888 number I was on hold for over 20 minutes. Do not shop where they do not care!

Provided by YP.comI tried calling them about an order and no one would pick up the phone. It rang and rang for 5min about 7 times a day for 2 days and the only people that would answer was the geek squad, and then they just directed me back to the line that no one picks up! I had to physically go there to get service!
