We are new to your company, and are very frustrated customers. We ordered our windows through Jarrod at Buchheit's in Herculaneum on November 2, 2012 because, after Jarrod checked with someone at your company, promised we would receive our order within 2 weeks. Your line of windows were promised to Buchheit's within two weeks by someone at your company. When the two weeks had passed (November 19), Jarrod called your company to find out where order was. At that time, Jarrod was told that our order would not be here until December 2, 2012, 4 weeks after placing our order. the person at your company used Thanksgiving as an excuse for the delay along with the manufacturing time it takes for you to fabricate a bay window. Jarrod was told that all of our windows are being held up until the bay window is manufactured, even though Buchheit's receives a weekly shipment from you every Monday. We could have had the windows by now through another manufacturing company within three weeks after we ordered them, because your company promised them to us in two weeks. The three weeks would have been today. Our next order will not be placed with Silver Line, a division of Anderson, due to lack of customer service and commitment to customers, until and unless we have the commitment in writing and with penalties involved if not received when promised by your company. If you care about customer service or your customers, you will respond to our email on Monday, November 26, 2012 with a solution to your problem which is satisfactory to both your company and us, your customers.
