I used to love this place. They have a wonderful staff member named Gel who gives great facials but the owner is HORRIBLE..she dresses unprofessional..yells at employees in front of clients..talks down to her clients and talks about clients to other clients. I used to get laser from here but their machine is constantly broken and they never apologize or even offer a free treatment as a way to make it up to a client like me who had been going to them for years. NEVER USE THIS PLACE! OWNEE IS AWFUL!! WASTE OF MONEY!

The second i walked into PCS they treated me like family. I highly reccomend PCS for anything you need done. They take the time to explain to you exactly what they will be doing in the consultaion. They tell you everything that you would need to know and more, i went to 5 diffrent laser hair removal offices before going to PCS and they won me over with the way the treated me and explained to me ev...erything i needed to know. They made me feel so comfortable even though i was a little nerveous with getting laser done. I heard it hurt. After talking to Doren and she explained to me that there are many diffrent machines out there and the one she has was new and did not hurt because it had a cooling device in it. I would never think about going to any other place for ANY cosmetic i would need done. I told so many people how amazing this place is because its the truth, i trust them 100%. When i went to other places for laser the doctors were not very nice and they pushed me to buy a package before i left after my free consutation but at PCS they did not. Other laser offices rushed my consultaion and that was a big turn off for me. I can not explain my apprciation to Doreen and her staff for being so nice and patient with me and my question i had. MY results are AMAZING!!!! I COULD NOT BE MORE HAPPY!!!!!!

My initial visit was my last, despite the hospitality from Doreen (owner) and Jerry (receptionist, her son). I won't be going back, ever. And would not recommend this tiny facility, thanks to the lack of professionalism on the part of the staff esthetician, who also smelled like cigarette smoke, and was abrupt when I had questions or asked for clarifications. In fact, she didn't even bother to introduce herself or explain what was involved in my first treatment, and wanted to know why I was giving her an attitude. Huh? (I'm a professional, middle-aged woman, not a sassy young thang.)



I was not interested in going forward with the consultation and calmly advised that I desired my money back. The rude esthetician left the room and sent in Doreen, the owner, who was most accommodating, listened to my concerns, apologized, and agreed to refund my money. I did not get an apology from the esthetician with whom I had an initial appointment, nor did she stick around to better understand my concerns or clarify the miscommunication. (As it turned out, she went out back to smoke, which I observed when I returned to my car.)



Bottom line: Thanks, but no thanks. I can take my business and currency elsewhere, with a better trained and more professional staff member (dealing with the public).

After receiving a diagnosis of br**st cancer that required chemotherapy, all I could think of was looking like something out of a science fiction movie when my eyebrows fell out. I considered all the options--waffling about it long enough that I waited until the last minute, but Doreen very kindly accommodated my schedule.



Today as I write, I'm entirely hairless, but my eyebrows are beautiful, and I feel great when I look in the mirror. I find that losing the hair on the rest of my body is liveable, but only because I look even better than usual from the hairline down. I'm thrilled with PCS, and now that I know what great hands I'm in, I'm considering additional permanent makeup when the chemo is finally done.
