Worst service I've ever experienced. They refuse to give you their address as if it were a big hidden secret -- it's online if you look it up by the way. Rude and obnoxious staff. Outrageous rates. Stay away, if possible.

?????4x10 waiting..standing area ,nobody had any manners just shoved their way through to get out..unheard of policies no handicap access, I actually saw an older gentleman stumble on the steps. When questions were asked it took a minute for a reply as if it was made up. They scam you into getting an extra day for storage fees..what a joke!! >I agree that they should be shut down< my dogs are better trained than these PROFFESIONAL PEOPLE Only one person said good by. Very Very Rude I hope I never have to go back, and pray for everyone else that does.

I understand this is a repossession company, however for these people to be allowed to price things whichever way they'd like is very unfair and for these owners, receptionists to speak in a rude, condescending manner is also unfair to a fellow human being that's been hit hard by COVID and experienced some hardship, does not give them the right to essentially "add fuel to the fire". If people reach out looking for their vehicle politely there's no need for the added stress on either part. I'm sure this maybe a waste of my time to write a review but these people have "separate laws". Those two older chicks upfront are VERY,VERY unprofessional be aware.

My car was towed using this towing service. When I received my car back I heard a very loud sound while driving it. I brought my car to a reputable auto shop in my town. I was informed my emergency brake line was bent when it was towed. I called the company and asked to speak to the owner Mr. Thomas Ferace. He was extremely aggressive and would not allow me to speak. I tried to explain to him that I had the car serviced days before and nothing was wrong with it. He continued to be aggressive with me and it made me extremely uncomfortable and I told him thank you for his time and disconnected the call.

Stole cash and jewelry from my car and shred a tire. The staff is rude, the property was not shoveled and the stairs were covered with ice.

horrible customer service, not people friendly and no experience what so ever. what they need to do is go out of business.
