We now offer a new model of care in Rush City. Services now include: Medical support staff to help connect patients to care, take vitals and help with virtual care options, like e-visits and our online clinic, OnCare; Lab services (limited); Secure computer and internet to use for online care; Mammography screenings by appointment; Diabetes education by appointment. Medical support staff at Fairview Clinics - Rush City do not provide medical diagnosis and treatment. The providers located here previously have relocated to Fairview Clinics - North Branch. We also offer comprehensive care in Pine City, Chisago City and dozens of other locations. To make an appointment at any Fairview location, call 855-FAIRVIEW (324-7843) toll-free, anytime. You'll find us in the Fairview Pharmacy building next to our current clinic; use the north side entrance. Please note: We are changing the name of this location to align with our new brand, M Health Fairview. However, you may still encounter our former branding while we update signage and materials.
