Do not rent from Dollar. The car I was given from this location was not even up to basic legal safety standards. The tires had not been properly maintained, and one of them was virtually bald. I didn't realize there was a problem until I was well on the road, and the car started vibrating violently at highway speed. Before coming back from my trip, I took the car to Sears for repairs, and the technician discovered that one tire was bald (treads were worn down below the legal limit) and the others had not been properly rotated, causing them to be "cupped." While talking with someone from Dollar, it was revealed that the car was about to go out for auction which is why no repairs had been done. This is a case of a company shamelessly trying to squeeze out a few more dollars at the expense of the comfort and safety of their customers. I was truly appalled at that alone and that I had to waste my time to get repairs done in order to feel safe driving home. What's even worse was their "customer service" (it would more accurate to call it customer exploitation) after the fact. I complained about the vehicle I was given and asked for a refund, but all I got in return was a weaksauce boilerplate "apology" and an offer for a $50 credit. The person I spoke to would not even let me talk to a manager. Needless to say, I refused. I won't be renting from Dollar again, and neither should you if you value your safety.

Dont go on this location. This guys are cheat openly. Better to spend extra dollars on other agency. Trust me !!! After you return car he will call you back after one day and will say .. you did scratch on car so i am gonna charge $ 300. Once you scared then he will charged directly on your debit or credit card without any Paper or Insurance. And this guys Dollar Agency is Private Firm. So Please be careful. Thank You !!!
