DO NOT RECOMMEND Campbell Law Office. I met in person with Ms. Campbell regarding a bankruptcy I wanted to file and yes she is very knowledgeable regard bankruptcies, so I decided to retain her services at our first meeting. I paid Ms. Campbell a $700.00 down payment retainer and signed the attorney client agreement. Ms Campbell directed me to take the online bankruptcy class and provided me with the information and informed me she would receive confirmation when I completed the course. I took the online class, received my email confirmation, but later learned from Ms. Campbell she did not receive confirmation, even though I have the notice she did as she is registered with the online company. Ms Campbell hand wrote on the attorney/client agreement that she would take monthly payments for the remaining balance and would file the bankruptcy as soon as I took the class and had less than $50.00 in my checking account. At this point, Donna Campbell will NOT respond to my phone calls, emails, and I even went to her home and knocked on her door (her home business) and she WILL NOT respond to my requested for filing the bankruptcy, a refund, zero communication from Donna Campbell. I would like to add a final note that during my in-person with Ms. Campbell she spoke very negatively specifically about her daughter-in-law and other family members which I found to be very offensive and inappropriate. That should have been my signal to not retain Donna Campbell for her services, but I thought I'd be saving a few dollars and it turned out to be a bad decision. DO NOT RETAIN Donna Campbell, not worth it!
