Reese Electric did the electrical work for the Installation of 2 Mini Split heat pumps at my house. In the course of the installation Reese "Dewired" the downstairs wall heater. They had to be called back to correct this mistake.
I would prefer an electrical contractor that would not have to be called back to fix their mistakes.

Reese Electric was called to deal with a blowing breaker. The tech who arrived did not have a breaker with him that matched the breaker box, so he moved the wires to a main breaker which solved the problem. It took him 20 minutes (drive time according to mapquest is 10 minutes each way from their shop to my house).

Total time sure looks like less than 1 hour.

They charged 3 hours labor, and when contacted regarding this extreme overbilling, provided an unsatisfactory response.

I feel like they defrauded me.

They show up to the job on time, they are always polite, and the provided quality work. I would definitely hire them again for any of my electrical needs.
