OMG. They are never honest about pick up times from area airports and that's probably because cars are so poorly maintained. Drivers are rude and unprofessional. Rather walk.

Great service, been a customer for years, They have been later a few times but made it up to me with a free ride!!

The large fleet and best value for taxi service in the area, naturally Dawson taxi is always my number #1 choice for local transport

The people who work here have no concept of time. I called for a cab and was left waiting in the rain for over an hour. Every time I called back to see what was going on I was told a cab is just a few minutes away. When I asked what was the delay I was told that it was basically my own fault that I should have called earlier. In reality they never assigned a cab to come get me, when I first called. I will never use Dawson taxi ever again, I missed my train, I was late for my meeting, and I ended up with a cold.

i used their service 1st time to go tojfk.cab arrived sharp 10 min early than time given, the dvr name was bob an indian guy, he was so respectful, nice and caring that i was fealling my self like a VIP.i am really happy,no doubt the workers like BOB has made this cab service # 1 in LI.thank u BOB, THANK UDAWSON, mrs logart hellen. freeport
