Nicole is kick ass! I went in to get my very thick very long hair cut for the first time short and she made me feel great about it giving me tips, confidence, and advice along the way! Even when a customer knocked over a stand and coffee spilt everywhere, she kept her cool and made me look amazing! I definitely recommend Nicole as a stylist!

Customer service is very bad. If I have a bad cut, I try to fix it myself -- always a mistake. I went to this place to correct it. The person at the front desk was less than pleasant. The stylist she lined me up with barely spoke to me and appeared to expect me to tell her how to cut my hair! I won't be back
