My experience going to Santander Bank in North Arlington, N.J. was great. I usually go to Belleville, it was my first time going to North Arlington I came to open a CD and I had an appointment at 11:30 with Rosanna Lopez, she took me on time no waiting and was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It was a pleasure. I recommend her to receive employee of the month if you have one. There should be more employees like Rosanna Lopez in Santander Banks. Sincerely, Rose Ann Filgueiras

Slow service rude people there just wasnt one positive thing about trying to open an account. After waiting 15 min. I asked the teller where everyone was ..she told me ok whats my name and number..it did not get me service so i left what a horrible branch and small if you use the atm there is no privacy the poor woman trying to take out money had kids and people walking an inch behind her not very safe. I thought a small branch would be friendly and safe ..I was wrong.

Excellent customer service and great staff.
