Shameful business practice. A week after I filed a divorce complaint with Montgomery County, my husband was contacted by Fox and Fox, asking if he needed representation in our divorce. I HAD NOT EVEN SERVED HIM YET. This is how he found out. What had, until this point, been a fairly civil and mutual agreement to separate turned into a hostile argument between myself and my ex, all derived from the confusion and distress that this practice inflicted on our lives and deeply sensitive and personal situation.



I called and asked to speak with Leon or Craig Fox and was redirected to a secretary who told me that he could only speak to my husband. After insisting to speak with one of them, I was transferred to Leon Fox, who refused to tell me at first whether I was speaking with Leon or Craig. There was no satisfactory explanation for why a law firm would operate this way and only the formality of an apology for the pain this interaction caused to our family.



I am appalled by the business practice at Fox and Fox Attorneys and strongly discourage anyone from using them for representation.

Joseph B. Wassel is an excellent attorney. Over the years he has handled a number of personal matters for me. I have always been satisfied with his capabilities and efforts. He gets five stars from me. ~Bernard
