Once they are paid, you will never see them again. Oh, they will promise to come out, but if you have already paid them, they will neither call nor show. They do not stand behind their work.

I had a custom home built by Home Creations (BIG mistake, but that will be a different review).
Less than three years after building this new, $200K+ home, a pipe broke in the slab. Two of my neighbors said that the same thing has also happened to their new homes.
So I called the plumbing company (this one). The young lady that answered the phone was very pleasant and friendly. I explained to her that the pipe had broken, probably under the slab and asked her if it was still under warranty. She said she thought it was only a one year warranty. I could understand a faucet breaking within three years but a pipe an underground pipe should last forever. I asked her that due to the nature of the problem if they would stand behind their work and take care of this. She said that she would have someone come by and take a look.
A plumber came out later. I showed him photos of the plumbing rough-in that I had taken. You could clearly see where short pieces of rebar had been driven into the ground to apparently to hold the drain pipes in place. The plumber mentioned that the person that did this often used stakes to hold the pipes in place when the ground was wet.
The plastic pipe that is suspected of breaking was laid right next to the rebar. So it is very possible that the rebar rubbed the pipe in two.
The plumber called the owner and told him what he found. I could hear the owner speaking and he sounded very angry; saying that the home only had a one-year warranty and that they were not going to cover it. It’s disappointing that a company would not stand by their work. But it gets worse.
I thanked the plumber for coming by, thinking that this was a free estimate call as I had requested. He left without doing any work. Then he came back knocking on my door a few minutes later and said that the boss had told him to bill me $175 for a service call (note to self – never criticize the work of a plumber – they will get their revenge!). I told the guy that I didn’t have $175 (don’t use checks anymore and had no cash) so he would have to bill me for it.
That was on Monday. On Tuesday, the boss filed a notice of lien on my house. He didn’t even bother to send a bill.
IS THIS THE KIND OF COMPANY YOU WANT WORKING IN YOUR HOUSE?
There are plenty of credible plumbing companies out there. Save yourself some grief!!!

Stay away from this company. They hire idiot, delinquent and fraudulent plumbing technicians that end up being hired by you or someone else who owns a home that you may purchase in the future. This company caused me tons of heartache with botched worksmanship and refused to make it right. Extremely disappointed in their service and worksmanship, from the owner all the way down to the techs.

Trouble w/ plumbing

The ladies that answered the phone are polite, courteous and helpful. They deserve a 5 star. Past that, I can't say that we had much luck with this company. We had already called 2 plumbers unsucessfully because no on could find the "clean out hole" This company originally put the plumbing in the house so we called them. But when they got there they too had trouble because when they installed it, they put it 3 feet in the ground and had a hard time finding/fixing it. (They did fix it though) But after snaking it (and yes it was my household's fault for clogging it), I called the same evening as it was fixed and left a message for someone to call me to tell me what the problem was since no work order had been left and I couldn't get a good answer out of the 19 year old that was at my house while they were there to fix it. Less than one day later it was't working again and the backup was even worse. (It completely flooded my master bathroom.) We waited to call until the next am, which was a weekend. And someone said they'd call us back but never did. We even left another message several hours later. We waited until Monday and they informed us that they did clean it out but if they came again they'd charge us if they found any clog. Well that wasn't a good enough answer. Of course it's clogged, that's why I was calling back. Why pay for something again that they should have fixed the first time.

We decided to hire a third plumbing company to come and fix it properly. I didn't feel comfortable paying them again when their work lasted only one day. Had they returned our calls we would have possibly had them come out again.
