First time I dealt with this bank in this city. Cld not get on my online site. Told that I have to go in. I do tell the male teller my situation and looks on his screen. Tells me all is okay. Without cking with IT. It wasnt ok..I still cld not get in. But the lady I spoke with on the phone went beyond to assist me. I told her so also, but I still have to go in. This Norman Bank teller , which I hope to see willl hear that because of him not checking everything. I am there again. Taking the phone lady advice, I will stand there until Im able to get in the site I need. Also, will telll him I felt that he was in a rush and I was the only one there.. Thank you for my presence there.. I am not happy with this branch and will complain if I get the same treatment again.

These guys are awesome. I've never been with such a friendly and professional bank. Summer and Jordan always take the time to explain things in such an easy way and are always such a help.
