Quick response time and friendly, but double the cost to clean out a drain. Their house call fee is reasonable, but they charged me $195 for one drain clean out. I think I'll shop around next time and find someone for about half. I could buy the router on Ebay for about the total charge!

Pretty good. I've hired them a couple times: once to fix a major water line break outside my house, and another time to replace/repair some toilets. Both times I was pleased, though I'm not crazy about the flat-rate pricing for some things (although at least you know what you'll pay). Their guys are professional and their prices are fair, as far as plumbing goes.
