WOW! I thought my computer was completely toast. All of my home business information was on the hard drive, but my laptop wouldn't come up. I tried the Geek Squad and they couldn't do anything, so I tried DMi Technology. They got my laptop working and taught me how to back up my information to another place so I never have this problem again. They were great to work with and got me back to work.

We had a problem with a couple of our HP computers. We brought them in to them for a diagnosis and DMI fixed the problem under our HP warranty without a problem. We didn't have to send them away and we had the computers in days, not weeks. They made it SO EASY.

I acquired the services of DMi for my company since the network was not what we needed for our expansion. They walked us through what was needed to be replaced and what we should establish as completely new. They answered all of our questions completely and professionally, and took care of all of our compliance issues without any drama.



When the new servers went in, we immediately noticed how everything worked great! All of the new equipment worked with the old and all our programs were set up appropriately. And for that time period when everyone has questions, they answered as many on the phone as the could, or they offered a remote session to show us how to do it on our pc's.
