Today I was very displeased with the service at Kool smiles. I am concerned that the the current front desk staff seem to be extremely inconsiderate, unhelpful, and rude when it comes to helping there patients. I have never experienced service like this before and am let down. I was put on hold at 1pm and was told that I would be helped. Shortly after, I was kept on hold purposefully until 2:15(after you closed) and still not helped. I even took the time to explained to the front desk clerk that I didn’t want you all to close before I could be helped. This is not fair to your patients!! If tables were tuned none of you would want to be treated like this. I have been extremely patient with this facility but it seems as though I am constantly being let down. I would appreciate if I was contacted to discuss this matter. This is unacceptable.

This was my first time that I went to Kool Smiles and, even though I was a little nervous, I was welcomed comfortably by Miss Britney who gave me first rate service in regards to being checked in. It definitely shows that, inspite of the childish fonts the company use for their logo, Miss Britney has demonstrated that Kool Smiles is a place of serious professionalism for children and adults. Along with my first visit at Kool Smiles, I must mention that Dr. Jimenez and his dental assistant, Zach, along with the other young lady, acted very professional and very courteous. I definitely recommend them to give you the best in dental care.

Scheduled 8am appointment, we were the first in the door at 7:40. They did not call us back until about 8:20 after they finished making breakfast for their staff in the back area. They ask us to show up 15 minutes early and still made us wait after our scheduled time.

AWESOME!...EVERYONE IS SUPER NICE!!! ESPECIALLY MY DENTIST.

Their timing is very bad,they schedule like 30 people at the same time and you need to get prepared to spend the whole day there when you are scheduled as early as 9am

STACY WAS AMAZING SHE CLEANED MY TEETH VERY WELL I FILL SPARKLY CLEAN me and my son had a great time

Melissa was very helpful and the hygienist Stacey was very nice and patient. Nice positive environment.

I've been bringing my son here for about a year now and I can't see taking him anywhere else. He loves it. The staff is always friendly and they make kids actually WANT to go to the dentist.

koolsmiles is a great place to go and for all your dental needs , I bring my daughter every six month ,she feel real comfortable about the staff and Drs ,thank you for offer such a great service.

Darina was very friendly when she cwme out and got us to come into the back. She played with my daughter and gave her a toy to keep her comfortable. Stacy was the person to clean her teeth she explain everything and was gentle with her she kept her involved in the cleaning process and gave her a toy and coloring book kool smiles is a good dentist for children

Like professional style,Darona woodley, explain the procedure clear to me , i can recomend anynody to koolsmile

Connie was great ,she comfort me ,they explain the procedure clear ,she help me calm down,the Dr was fast , I will recommend anybody to come to look smile

Look smile makes my kid feels comfortable. He doesn't like the dentist and was scared and when he comes here, he is relax. They was able to do most of the work at the same time. Both my kids come here and its a good experience for them and it makes them enjoy coming here.

The visit with Dr Fleming was Great, she was gente with my Kids and patiets,i will recoend nyidy to koolsmiles

Dr Fleming, was amazing. My daughter's new smile looks wonderful!! She loves going to the dentist and gets so excited seeing the kool smiles logo!!! Thank you for having a kid friendly facility!

DA Karissa was polite and comforting and genuine and the work was quick , Dr sharif was gentler and fast ,I will recommend people to look smile anytime
