Justiz and the whole Ortho gang are nothing but experts at what they do! I have 2 girls going thru ortho and they actually look forward to their appointments! Results can be seen immediately.
The Little Creek office has to be the best staffed KS in VA, these people wear their smiles with pride, I know, I see them almost on a weekly basis. They are truly a one stop shop for any dental issues that my family has.

Took my kids there and had a great visit. The staff there are great. The entire staff are a friendly group. They make the kids comfortable. That's why they don't mind coming back. I would tell anyone to come to this office. Job well done. My girls are happy.

Today I walked into the office and was greeted by Katrina, Takeisha, Stephanie A. and Ms Yolanda their office manager. My son was seen in the ortho department by Dr Donaldson, Stephanie G, Ashley, and Angel. Then he got a cleaning Ms Farrah explained the treatment that was going to be done today. Edwin greeted us as we were walking to the different departments. Dr Suarez took very good care of my son. I am very please with the friendly and professional customer service that we received today. I will be returning to the Little Creek Kool Smiles. Thank you so very much for completing his sealants today so I do not have to return for another six months.

Great Visit!! From the front to the back all smiles. The doctor's are great. I love the littlecreek office. Manger always comes and specks asking how did the visit go. I love the personalities at the front desk. I like the who staff, but I have my favorties. Bessy, Gracie, Takeshia. Melissa makes me smile and always so nice.Overall the office is great!! You all ROCK THE FRONT DESK NEEDS MORE PRAVICY ESPECIALLY WITH THE LOUD NOISE. NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY THE YOUNG LADY COULDN'T HEAR ME AND IT TOOK FOR EVERY TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. My kids want to go play just because.

The staff is wonderful caring people from the time you walk in their friendly. They explain and answer all your questions great place to go for all your dentist need.

Dr. Donaldson and the Ortho team at the Little Creek Rd. Location are Top Notch! We are always made to feel comfortable and treated in a super friendly manner. Dr. Donaldson always explains in detail, in terms my daughter understands, and takes whatever time is needed with her.

Great job to all the staff at Cool Smiles job well done on keeping smiles on our faces. I would like to say the physicians are awesome and they take the time to make sure that every visit your comfortable. Great job on the new innovations when you accepted adults as well.

We're highly satisfied with the little creek office! We're always greeted by our family name and that feels good to know they think of us that much. My children and I and my husband have developed a trust with them which feels good! Very comforting being that my daughter had an extremely bad anxiety issue with being able to trust going to the dentist. They've been patient and understanding. Which in time she's now alot better! Ty for your help Kool smiles taking care of my children's dental needs.

this was my first experience with kool smiles and they were awesome. this was my youngest daughters 1st tine at the dentist and she doesnt do well with strangers but she did very well. the staff are all so nice and wonderful with the children.

I have been going her for 10 years and have never had a problem. Everyone is friendly and they make every experience great.

My experiance was great i felt compfortable , Stephen Hanson was GREAT made me feel like home educates me with alot about my teeth and gave me information for my daughters teeth and great advice about what to eat and drink thank you

The actual first appointment with satisfying was to come back in three days to have a tooth extraction they cancelled one hour before my appointment time they were supposed to call me back instead I called them the following day and they gave me an appointment for a tooth extraction 2 months later with a abscess they do not care about your personal needs or pain they just gave me someamoxicillin and sent me home

At the little creek Kool smile the staff is awesome very friendly helpful and professional..... My grand daughter loves going there......

Always a great experience at our Kool Smiles. From Reception to Dental to Orthodontics, every staff member is friendly, comforting, and knowledgeable.

Had us wait a little over 3 hours in the waiting room to get a tooth pulled while in severe pain. Appointment at 3pm and tooth out at 6:15. The staff just sat and talked about their shoes and how they were going to buy a house in the back. Was not a great experience to say the least.

I've been taking my kids to Kool smile since we move here from NY. The staff are amazing, friendly and they make the kids feel comfortable. My daughter love going to the dentist. Now she had braces, she also is getting the care at Kool smiles for that.
