I got my Jeep detailed the fol...

I purchased my Jeep here and had detail work done the following week. I got my car back and noticed a crack in my windshield after driving off the lot. I immediately call Southern Auto and informed them of the crack that was not there when I dropped it off. I was transferred me 4 times, until finally I got to a managers desk.... went straight to voicemail. I drive back, keep calm and I asked for my car salesman I asked him if he saw the crack before, he says no . Then as I am walking around my car, I noticed my bumper is scratched!! As if someone DROVE it along the wall! I then asked my car salesman if that was there before as well. As I'm waiting, the front desk associate told me the detail shop did the same thing to her. She got her car detailed at Southern Auto, and got a scratch along the side of her car. They also told her it was her fault. They ask me to drive it to detailing shop to assess the damages, just for them to tell me it was MY FAULT?!!!!!! No way! They sealed the crack and did nothing about the bumper. I was also told I would receive free Sirus for a year, when I input the sirus ID online. That didn't go through. I call my salesperson and he told that was for the previous owner. (I would not of gotten this information from thin air). He said he was not going to argue with me, and he might of given me wrong information. He did nothing to help me or make the situation better.So with all that being said, and finding out that people I know are having huge issues with this dealership, I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau I hope you all do the same, so the next person won't be in the same predicament.

Went to this place to have som...

Went to this place to have some body work done on my bumper. While it was there I also got an oil change. So I was dealing with the service and body shops. When I picked up my Jeep I noticed that the airbag light was on and the horn wasn't honking like it should. These were not things that were problems when I dropped it off. They also never mentioned these issues until after I brought it to their attention upon picking up my Jeep. They they said they had noticed but ignored the airbag light and didn't know about the horn.

Instead of fixing what they broke though they told me that the sensors for each item had gone out and it wasn't their fault and it would be $150 to replace! So I am supposed to believe that within the week that my Jeep was with them that 2 random sensors went out --completely independent of all the work they had done-- AND give them more money to fix the new problems!! This is completely unacceptable. I wish I had never gone to them, they are liars and now I have more problems than before I put my Jeep in their (incapable) hands.
